i kinda like the effects buti dont like the black new text.and i dont realy like the white pentool . one it stands out to mutch.two i looks messy. overalofthe sig a 2.5/5

The render and background look kind of LQ.
The colours do not mix for the background or the effects at the bottom, I think that's what it is.
I like the text style though.

Ditched the text and some of the pentooling, and edited it a bit

make the effects stand out more and the background a bit darker. btw i liked the thats text only the black new text i did not like

That would kill the tag...

He needs to go over it with the dodge and burn tool to give more depth.
