Looks good except for the fact that the renders just not doing it for me :/

it's a great scene, but i'm not quite sure you did
which could be a good or bad thing

i mostly did a lot of coloring and lighting stuff. adjsutment layers, burn/dodge, sharpen and blur and then some stars and overexposure.

Technically, it is a manip because he's manipulated/Changed the stock to his liking..

I believe a photo manip needs a photo and not a anime render but it depends how you define a photo
