The "dead" text just ruins it for me :/

I like it, think i'd like to see a coloured version too.

Looks awesome, although a font change may be needed.. Or at-least re-put in a different spot? Nether the less good job!

I like the text and placement but thats just me. Just noticed the signature actually looks pretty blurry.

The colored version is much better than the b&w. For the colored version fix the Dead text to look like the space, it would look much better. Also your stock blends into the background a bit too much. I love your effects and your coloring (The stock has more color and brightness over the background, which looks great). Fix the text and have your center of attention stick out a bit more and it would be great. The coloring does help with the stock, just not enough. (Maybe it is the front effects that kinda make it blend in more, its a bit confusing to put my finger on what would help your stock stick out more using the same background.)

2nd one is amazing in my opinion , colour makes a whole lot of a difference
