it looks a lot better than the other one. make the name a lil bit smaller, use blue, burn, dodge and sharpen to make it stand out a bit more and look better.

Text sucks tbh's and the render seems flat ... use dodge and burn tools to create depth and add a lighting sorce. Check out some tuts helps alots.
