Is there a name for these cos i need a tut so i can do them

both of the effects are just images someone created.

the first one is a circle image the editor made panned out and then zoomed in.

the second one someone just made that under line text thing and then probably wrote the text.. simple stuff use ur head

First is just a image made on photoshop then imported , and second is the same effect, just made in photoshop, imported in, but then motion tracked ( so it follows the gun) to the gun so it moves with it
