For a beginner the 1st and 3rd are alright like NanuGama said. However the other two are terrible lol. I'll rate the good ones, both have terrible text especially 3rd, it's huge, doesn't match and looks terrible. Both I'd give a 7/10 for beginner. Also I've seen that Kanye one somewhere else before you may have posted it earlier on.

1st one, lose the animation, add a C4D, brushes, etc. More effects really.
2nd, don't use lower opacity on a render. Just learn to blend it.
3rd, not bad.
4th, too big, too many renders, bad choice for a background color.
5th, same as 4th.
And for all, work on the text, don't just use white text all the time, switch it up and see what you can do.

Yes, tutorials help alot. But, don't forget to just go through photoshop's options, and try out different effects. Maybe you'll find something cool you'll want to use in your next signature.
As for your sigs, they are pretty decent for your first. I remember my first were even worse :O Good try buddy.
