Dazzle is a cap card duh, though easy cap is cheap pick dazzle platinum a bit pricey but does the trick for vides Winky Winky

Your probably best with a dazzle. Buy it from amazon, ebay etc.

Its capture card, and it can record you tv, ps3 or xbox 360. Once you have that...( dazzle's price is 90$ ), all you need is a good editing program or an editing guy ( nanugama or me ).
