I think ... the right hand side of the carmen electra is to plain you got nothing going on there, and renders in both don't seem to blend really.

For backgrounds, the people who make the best sigs I would say rarely if ever use brushes for their backgrounds. Try to look up some tutorials on sigs to find some methods on how to make good looking backgrounds without using brushes, it will help your blending and the quality of your sigs.
