Your probably going to need some splitters.

I have mine set up with, the red green blue in my tv, then the yellow red white in my dazzle, then i use splitters to have a futher set of Av cables, go from the dazzle to the TV and then i use AMCAP and it works fine.

what do you mean a further set of av cables?

i already have 3 splitters connected, red white yellow (double ended cable, other side is in dazzle) and red green blue which are all in the splitters

can u take a photo or record a video of all the connections please?

Kind of sounds like you are using a PAL device on a NTSC TV or the other way around. You sure you got the right version?

i could reocrd in colour before on the same tv but i just moved stuff around the room and stuck the tv to the wall and the wires are at the back now not the front

the only difference is was that i replaced connecting te red, white and yellow to the front of the tv, i done it green red blue on the back of the tv since there isnt a yellow red and white at the back, and i cba to move it to the front again but i still dont see the difference y it would stop working

There's your problem. The yellow (composite video) is the only cable that carries the video signal. Red & White is the audio (left and right) you cannot plug your cables into the Component inputs (red, green, blue). All 3 colors (red, green, blue) are just for video. Composite video is SD (standard definition) Component will display 480p, 720p HD, 1080i HD, and 1080p HD

if you only have a composite video cable (yellow-video, red&white-audio) you need to connect it to the front of your tv unless the back has the same colors or else it won't display properly.

In the recording program, change it to NTSC or PAL depending on your region as that is usally what causes the black and white image
