I think it's too big the text is too big, wrong light on the render, but its ok for your first one.

Make it : 350x110 pixels and for a first sig it's good but also the text is too big , try to do something about that too.

or make it 350x120. That's what i use normally. Also, the text is bad, the background should be like c4d's and brushes, not a picture. Then, why did you decrease contrast/lighting so much? Doesn't look good. But it's ok, you are new to gfx
