I don't like the bit of c4d on the left that you haven't smudged. Also, the pink doesn't match with the dark render try changing that. The light source is ok, could be better.

I don't think the sig works at all.
Think about it the character in Prototype is a dark guy so why have you put him into a sig thats main beckground colour is Pink?
The title "just breathe" also whats that got to do with the sig?
