(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I have always had an interest in art and editing and its something I would like to get into so I was just wondering what are the best ways to begin? I understand you need to play around your self and be creative but that is extremely hard to do, if you do not really know what you are doing, like myself. I have ideas and I would like to put them to life.

Basically I want to know where or how would be the best way to learn my way around Vegas, c4d, photoshop and after effects. I understand once you learn something you have to play around but I want to learn, and I don't want to learn in the sense where all I will ever know is very basic stuff (like the majority of youtube where these tools are just used for goofing around).

Thanks a lot, hopefully someone can point me in a good direction.

Well everything on youtube for this stuff is like making a flashing Santa move using key frames or like make a dinosaur move and say something using text. Really I want to learn how to do classy edits and actual works of art.

Basically be in a stage like katha or joe. I understand thats a lot of time but thats the stuff I want to do, and maybe some production as well.

Yeah I think you mean the one by Phurion, I watched it along time ago just to see what editing was like, even before I had vegas so yeah. I remember it covered the basics and some more advanced things so Ill watch that one and another one I found for vegas and with what I already know I should be pretty good.

Its most c4d and after effects is what I have to learn. I never really looked into (VC) as videos like that take ages for me to load.

Ok, well im pretty handy with C4D, AAE and FCP.

Add me on MSN and if you ever need help with anything - [email protected]

I also offer training over skype, but that costs. It's pretty cheap though.
