I like it, how did you make a water effect? Oh and you should make his reflection in the water a bit more solid without those lines going in a zig zag or w/e it is. Oh an i love how you made the water behind the fish look like he just jumped out of the water. Dude it's nice to see your work improving. keep up the good work.
