wat type of png u saving it as? should be PNG-24 with preserved transparency, i've never had a problem wen saving it as tht :S. When u save it as a GIF you always have noise on the edges because of the way it compresses.

I dont have that file type. PNG - 24. Never heard of it. the one you see is the best one i got. I tried everything else, and it just got uglier.
