for a first sig. i can only say watch tuts. and u should start with renders instead of stocks dont try to put too much text in your sig it destroys your focal point. your focal is now the text : IceCold

The Low Key OG
still the same OG, but I've been low key
Alrighty, here we go.

1. For stocks, don't render out the focal, just lave it. (look up tutorials on effects stocks you can add over the stock.)
2. The color scheme is off. Use the eyedropper to get the same color as the stock for your BG.
3. For borders, add it only to the top and bottom. Not on the sides.
4. Text shouldn't be more important than the render.
Welcome to the world of GFX bud.

Wait...what?
I'm not the best signature maker, in-fact I wouldn't class myself as a signature maker, but I guess I could try and offer criticism and hopefully it will help you.

First thing, would be the image you chose. If you are using an image, try to find a rendered image (an image that has already been cut out). These are usually more clean-cut.

If you can't do this, ask a user to render images for you. Sometimes they will do it for free, sometimes they won't. I have done it quite a few times, so I'm decent at it, jus' sayin'

Second thing to note would be the background you used. Try to stay away from solid colours, and mix it up. Blend colours, get a background that is pre-made and interesting, and edit it slightly. Make sure that it doesn't take away all of the focus of the signature though :carling:

I'm sure other people will have a whole load of advice that may be more educated or better than mine Smile

Other than that, it's a great attempt at a first signature - and welcome to the world of graphics :tits:

Even if you're mod and even it's your first one, I have to say that I don't really like it. Like you said, the quality of the girl isn' that good. And the "background" is ugly in my opinion (no offence). The fonts don't match with each other, so yeah, like psycho said, watxh youtube tuts or look here in the forums, it helped me alot.

You don't even want to see some of my early sigs, but I've made some good ones in my day. The only advice I can give is to look at tutorials, video tutorials are great. Try joining some GFX sites and getting tips from pros as well, that helped me a lot in the GFX field. GFX isn't easy and it takes time to get good at it.
