with out text and i smudge the little c4ds away a bit so t looks better . and soften the guy

Not bad, guy looks a little grainy, clouds look pretty nice, but the little c4ds to seem too random.
Also text is horrendous

probably be best to scrap the text altogether, but if you get get something to work then go nuts, maybe loose the border

Yeah text needs to go. Also maybe do something to soften up the render. Cloud effects are pretty cool though and you've added depth which is a plus.
altogether its getting to be a good Job.

Dont soften the guy lol, hes the focal, now all looks blurry and low quality
