It maybe your 2rd or 3rd attempt, but to be honest i'm not going to cover this up by saying its bad. everything looks slapped on which is never a good sign. The render does not blend and theres not much of a background.
I know this may be said a lot on this site but go to deviantart or another site and follow a tutorial there literally thousands of them and it only takes one to teach you something.
