Its pretty good, the render blends well within the background and its good that you have not used text. One problem is the motion blur effect on the right of the render. it just looks out of place. You also need to work on building some depth into the tag.
Otherwise its a job well doneClaps

Yeah i agree with Daisho, i'd say remove the motion blur and blur the sides a bit to create depth. Maybe add another color too.

Is that grunge brushing in the background?

If it's a c4d render i would try adjusting to a different color and maybe bring up the contrast on it.

Also, blend your render into the background a little bit more.

Try duplicating the render a couple times and using a gaussian or even motion blur if you prefer it and blend it into the background. Try to stay away from just overlapping the background onto the render.
