Get rid of the effects from the face and it'll be a ton better. The render also looks pretty grainy, that doesn't help.

A bit yeah, I dunno it just feels like there's something missing now.

I like it, however i have no idea what to say right now. Maybe work on depth or lighting. The effects look cool and add some flow which is good too.

I like it alot =D but ur missing the most important part... TEXT hahah...its easy for some one just to rip it if u dont have text...

The most important part is not the text. Text is never the most important part of any piece of art - unless of course the main focus of the art is text. And you think text is only the most important part because it keeps people from ripping?

You've got to be kidding.

Anyone who has any experience with Photoshop or GIMP can easily get rid of text with either the clone/stamp tool, some added effects, the Crop tool, or even more text. Even then, someone could leave the text, use it on another forum, and just say they got permission to use it.

Text hasn't stopped anyone. I've had three of my tags ripped with my name in them, and do you know what stopped them from getting away with it? Someone I knew who was on that forum came to me and said "Hey, you're pretty popular, people are asking you to use your sigs!" No, they didn't get my permission, and no one thought to stop them even with my name on them.

What stopped them was my art. That was - and is - the most important part of any piece of art. Not text, not colors, not renders or effects. The art.

And I'll thank you to remember that.
