The bg looks a little over contrasted... and i guess thats all there really is.... it doesnt look like you did much with it... and his face on the right side of the nose looks like it was cut off a bit too much. But i do like the bg and the contrast isnt too bad so KIU

Render looks abit choppy or not blended with BG well ... btw you could just save a psd of the sig and come back to it instead of rushing it, you seem to making quantity instead of quality.
KIU anyway keep making sigs just take time =D

Nothing looks blended. And the render is horribly made. You can see white strokes around the render showing it was rendering horribly. The sig just contains a render and c4d's slapped onto it.

People have pretty much said what wrong so i hope you will improve on that. However what is right about it is that you are experimenting with different things. Don't worry about failing on it when i made my first vertical tag is was incredibly bad. But keep at it just take the advice given and start a fresh.
