I'm not here to request one, just make some suggestions.

Looking at yours, they all seem to be lacking something. It would be better if the scan line was not actually visible? Take a look at one of mine,

The scan line is not that visible, just adding a shine effect onto the text itself.

Mask the scan line onto another layer containing the same text/image/pen (duplicate it). Hope you understand.
