Well, the font is very poor. The black grease looking splatter doesn't look like blood. The border is rather big as well as the dimensions for this sig is big. There's really no smudging or any type of blending that I can see and the background could show some depth. Overall, it's a really simple and beginner sig, so you're a beginner so I guess you're on track.
