Hey, when you create anything to do with graphics always post it in the graphics section so it does not have to be moved and you will get a better response here too.
Okay so there are a lot of problems with this but all are common mistakes a beginner makes.
1. Size: if your trying to do a signature you've got to think small and compact copy the size of others on this site.
2. Colours: You need to keep to some sort of colour scheme. For example the render you used of Ryu. Ryu's main colours are red, blue and white so try and make your background those colours too. This will not only look better but it will also help with blending too.
3. Text: is not such a big problem 90% of people get the text wrong so until you've got the signature creating down to a comfortable level leave the text out. Don't worry about people taking your work because of no text if they try to use it onsite OG will kick their asses.

The Size Is Big Because I Was Just Making A Picture I Didnt Make It For A Sig If You Get Me
