If you are on a Mac buy an HD PVR
If you are on a PC I suggest you to buy Black Magic Intensity Pro.

The only difference between them is that BMiP Is actually like a videocard, you need to install it in your PC.
But the BMiP has a bit better quallity, same price and it uses HDMI. The advantage of having HDMI instead of Component cables is that the components can break from the day you get em or from like a week, or they stay for an year.
I changed my component cables 10 times by now.
