color, I think it stands out more that way.

yeah i agree on the colored one, but maybe adding a hint of green to the black one would be sexy :p

Black and white, the colour one looks more oversharpened and stands out too much.

Go for black and white, but maybe keep the green on his face coloured.

How's this? I just erased part of the gradient map on his face, kind of looks a bit cartoony. Don't know how to just darken that part of his face a little bit, I feel like the green is too "green" if that makes sense. And I hate text I can never make it flow with any sig I make, I tried a clipping mask.. Any ideas?
