CnC the Funk outta me.

The soft brushing sticks out too much, especially the one on the focal's neck. The bubbles are nice, however.

The smudging is too soft, there's not enough difference in texture (sharp vs. soft, different styles of smudge).

I don't like the fractals either, I think they stick out too much. And on terms of depth and flow, I think both are lacking.

But other than that, not bad.

This doesn't work for me, there just isn't any flow to the tag that I can see. Which is down to the smudging. Everything just seems random.
