Now whenever I turn on Pinnacle Studios to record my game play it says importer is not working. When I press on import Pinnacle Studios says Studio Importer is loading and then it doesn't respond. I also tried system restore and re-installing the software and still no luck. Please help because this wasn't cheap.

this hapened to me alot, it happenes when (i think) when dazzle freezes but you carry on using it, then it ****s up your computer, but normally i just put it back on again and whalla, make sure your settings says dazzle 100 what ever, not pinncal studio's!
