Thanks Smile Im Just Gunna Experiment With It Add More Brushes, Have A Play Around, I Just Thought It Looked Good So I Thought 'Let's See What NGU Think Happy'

Don't add anything more to it, if you want to experiment more start a new. Adding anything else will mess it up.

Well its basic because of the sole use of brushes, look at some tutorials that use different filters and techniques so you can get a feel what kind of effects you can make then add them up and you'll be progressing in no time.

No you don't want to make the brushes glow so much as stand out more.
If it were me I would turn the entire thing Black and white while only keeping the blue brushes in colour.
Dong this would define the blue arrow in the middle as the focal it may also help with depth.
