There's no tutorial, but I can give you a quick overview in 6 easy steps!
1. Get a good stock, plus a few c4ds from the same pack that look fairly similar, just different angles/perspectives, and have a good selection of brushes and effect C4Ds to use.
2. Open up your stock and c4ds, then place the c4ds wherever you want and erase some parts to make it look good.
3. Use your brushes and effect c4ds to add some nice accents wherever the c4d renders aren't.
4. Take a nice big soft circle brush, and brush around in different areas in a few different colors, then set those to Screen or Overlay to color the scene.
5. Take out your IWarp/Liquefy filter and play around on different areas, wherever you like.
6. Add some nice clipping masks and then sharpen and clean up the image (oh wait, this artist forgot that part) and you're done.
