i Love the second one something orginal...

But the first one needs a bit of work..seems that theres not a very good focal point. One other thing that i need to point out is that the colours dont match in my opinion. I wouldn't use that bright blue near the render, i would use a more darker tone it to make it blend in. Also the text placement is really bad. make sure you dont make the text your focal if there a render that we need to be focusing on. Try to keep the text simple and not side ways etc.
