can i have a star in the background with the same colours and a scanline in that too, black inside, purple border, purple scanline

Also can i have it slanted, like at a 45 degree angle like = / with the star behind it

Here is the updated 130 x 130 pixel one. I have the .PSD file if you would like it, I added a drop shadow to the star, and fixed the scanline inside the star.

I can't make it under 95KB unless I drop the color down in photoshop, but that would make it look worse, obviously because It's using less color in order to make it smaller. I have looked around and it takes programs to make it a smaller file size, or you could tone it down from 130 x 130 and make it have smaller dimensions to make it under 95KB. here's a link to You must login or register to view this content..

Try saving the image then uploading it from your computer, instead of trying to do it from the URL.

I tried that but it loses the scanline and goes shit
