Here are some examples, I tried to make it exactly as they requested, I feel like I can be a lot more advanced with them, so if you want one that is more complicated, i'll try my best

well i want the star at the top left corner. so it means just a smile star chillin there.

Could you do a Dark Blue-Light Blue-White Gradient for the star, outlined in Black?
And then a scanline saying "Shooter" diagonally in the star. Black font, and a Pink scanline. Here is the font. You must login or register to view this content.

I made it, however it turned out to be way too large to upload as an avatar on here (48 KB I believe), so if you know anyway to make it a smaller file-type without loosing quality, let me know.

I'm sorry, but the only way I envision that looks pretty stupid, and I doubt that's what you're trying to actually say, so unless you give me a little example, or some sort of more detailed summary, I'm not going to do it.

like that ^ but with the outline black the text white and the scanline orange. its not hard.. ignore the star
and its for a sig.

I'm not really the person to ask about this kind of thing, how large is it? Can you upload it here, I'd like to see it, and at least try to upload it.
