Nice idea. Just not much going on.
I'd use something like that for sure, But it's just a simple pen tool.
Maybe try some liquify, some <i>very</i> faint c4d's.

thnx for the cnc...i may try to add some to this later(not sure though cause i was just messing around). but believe it or not i did a lot more than a simple pen tool...such as: lighting effects, smudging around the sniper, adding the fog(with difference clouds), lots of dif effects on the sniper to get him the way he looks now...if u want i could show u the originals and believe me i did a lot from what they were
but def will take ur opinion into consideration and will try adding some c4ds
