You go to Sig Shops and auctions, offer something to someone to make you a sig. Or get gimp or Photoshop cs5 and make one yourself.

Then copy the link. Go to
User CP - Edit Signature and plug in the link.

@dylzaaa u could request for what kind of sig u want in the sig shops and auctions section
@ballfanatic good sig for a beginner u should start working on blending in ur render more because it stands out from the bg a bit but i like the concept of the way u used the c4d( u could prob make it look better by erasing the c4d in some places where it hits the body so it looks it goes behind it and some over it) and also the bg looks a lil bit darker compared to the render and the right side of the sig is plain so try to fix tht too
