I like your stock and background behind it. BUT, the text is really basic, get creative. Also, the text is REALLY HARD TO SEE 0_o. I also don't like the 'bullet point', nor the really plain yellow fade to the right. The texture you used, scan lines, looks fine on this though. Just edit the text and the side, and you should improve it ALOT.

i see so many great sigs but half the time whats wrong with them is how the set the opacity and the lighting, it needs to be a little darker just a little i like he bg the guy and i think the text goes perfect.
