Favo you fail to look at how it blends. Sorry but what you did is rather too simple. Blend him with it somehow. Looks like you cut out a piece of paper and stuck it in a magazine saying it was already there.

I think you should use the smudge tool around his feet area to make the illusion of speed. But I'm not a pro. :]
