Can you make me one of those scanlines you did awhile back where it was like 2 of them and it was black and white? You know what im talking about?
These are the instructions you gave me but I never got around to making it:
"create 2 layers of the same text one with black text and a white glow and the other with white text and a black glow then just put the layer effect to Dissolve and create a new frame, change the new frames opacity to 0% then tween the two frames"
I want the text to say xDylan, ill pay and +rep once you get it to me
