I would rate this a 6/10 considering that its your first try. I would say you need to blend the render/stock into the background and add more brushes/c4ds. I like how you did the border and the render/stock was a nice pick. Try and use the Doppler tool thing and select colors from your render/stock and use them to create your background. Overall its very nice for your first signature and you should continue looking at tutorials/walk through to increase your skill.

remove bevel and emboss , make the text black or something dark , also try to darken the render a bit more , it's popping out to much
