not seen anything new off "advanced" Gfx artists in a while so here is an eyegasm

can i see render please, and it looks great up till i read the comment abot the thing under his chin now i cant stop seeing it when i look at it and its making me scared... but still good, p.s dont get to cocky or karma will bite ut and maybe ull lose both hands and then u can use photoshop any more..
