Sharpen your image by going to Filter>Sharpen>Sharpen

What do you mean by photofilter ??

By photo filter do you mean an adjustment layer? That is under Layer>New Adjustment Layer>Whatever adjustment type you want.

Layer>New Adjustment Layer> Photo Filter
