well i want to find a photo filter or is there already one? and how can i sharpen my image? I would appreciate it if someone could tell me and its not finished so dont call me a noob. k thankss

By photo filter do you mean an adjustment layer? That is under Layer>New Adjustment Layer>Whatever adjustment type you want.
