Most of the time people use either Windows Movie Maker or Sony Vegas and still have problems getting it in High Quality. All you simply need to do in Movie Maker is when saving the video to your computer check Other Settings and look through the list and pick High Quality video (NTSC).

For PAL users here is the alternative. Pick either DVD Quality (3.0Mpbs) or the widescreen option below it. This is a 3.0Mbps video which is the same setting used in Vegas so it should work to get HQ videos.

For Sony Vegas when you have finished editing your video go to render it and for the rendering settings under Save as type choose Windows Media Video V9 and then below that under Template choose 3Mbps Video. Here is what it should look like.

Yes I know its the wrong thread but its more convenient for people who make glitch videos to see it here. Cuz not a lot of people who post glitch videos will look in other threads of the forum. I don't know about you but I hardly ever look in any other section of NGU. This is what Im mainly on.
