1. No Flow.
2. C4D is covering the render.
3. No Border (I suggest adding one)
4. It doesn't really look like you used many Adjustments layers, could you tell me which one's you used?
5. C4D's need to be more transparent (IMO)

I have some major issues with your CnC.
1. There is flow created by the C4D. The flow is going out from the render.
2. C4D is only covering part of his left shoulder which helps blend the render.
3. Borders do not need to be on sigs and personally I do not feel this needs a border.
4. I can very easily see several adjustment layers, which he did a pretty good job with.
5. I can agree that it should be blended better, maybe through changing opacity but there are other ways to go about that.

Now, on to my CnC.

The right side is a bit empty. I would have put text over there, but that is just me and it looks fine as is Smile.
Theres one C4D toward the right that isn't going with the flow of the sig. (I'm sure you can see it now that I point it out Smile)
C4D could be blended better.
Lighting is not amazing, but is not completely terrible.

Probably your best so far and I can definitely see you improving. Keep practicing Smile

1. there is flow but it going out from the render bu it should be going inwards

2....

3. this sig needs a border if you ask me just a simple 3px line on the top and bottom

4. you can see heap inferno_ace (not every sig needs adjustment layers)

5. maybe try applying the image and then smudging the c4ds (this also blend him in better)

His CnC is valid. Many of his points are honestly right. The Adjustment layers though while visible, are not the right type and are few.

Flow is never good on a stand still render so that's not your fault...
Lacking depth for sure...
