ive seen that halo one in a psd hmmmmm

If you want CnC:
1. Bottom left doesn't blend well with the render.
2. You could take out that wire frame on the right side, or enlarge it. It looks out of place. ?
3. I like the blue dots/lights around him.
4. Light reflection on his head is a bit too bright? It just looks like a white orb. :p
5. Maybe in the top left area where it's blank you could add a building? That would make it look a bit better IMO?
6. Less ripple, forgot that one. (liquify)

Alright overall. 'Look at tutorials to make bigger progression' - as Pure always says.
