I think the sig is really good and you did a sick job :y:. The only thing is the text, you just need to make it less obvious by maybe lowering the stroke and loosing the drop shadow. But other than that it is sweet :y:

Very nice looking sig there but as a couple above me mentioned the text stands out too much. Try putting it behind a layer and erasing what you need for it to kind of show through or use the blend or blur tool depending on which prog. you use. Everything else looks good from what I see.

Seems a bit empty
Don't really like the text
Lighting seems too bright toward the top. I would darken it up a bit.
The object in the bottom right seems to be drawing my attention quite a bit.
