Lighting is off.
Depth? What depth?
Few/basic effects.

Not too bad overall. Keep practicing.

I'm not trying to be offensive in any way, just trying to help on what you are lacking

The blending is not good, it looks slapped on IMO....you cN fix that by
1) making a shadow and kinda play with the effects on the blending propeties
2) smudging the outer part a little bit that goes with the flow

Another thing is that there is no flow, the focal is kinda pointing one way and you got the c4d and lightning going different ways...make the objects and most of the effects go a single direction

The lighting, there is no true light source here, you have false lighting on the type of image you are trying to create....what you can do to fix it is to make a new layer and get a 100px white soft brush and just paint it where the light should be (in this case, where the bricks are coming down from), adjust the opacity if it's too bright

You are also lacking depth, you kinda got depth with the render and the building, but the lightning and the C4D that is suppose to be behind it doesn't look like it's behind it....what to do to create that effect is to make a new layer and apply image, then goto blur>blur or gassiun blur, erase only the focal point,(if it's to blurry then lower the erasers opacity and kinda just erase some parts) this will create the effect of depth...just mess with the setting until you find what is comfortable for you

Improve on these main things and you shall come out with a better outcome, but don't expect it to just happen over night, you got to keep practicing and eventually you will get it right :y:

Yah his ear got messed up on one of my splatter brushes on one of my first few layers and i applied the image too many times so i cant fix it now . And those eyes on the right i never noticed, i guess it was part of the city render i used for the background :y:.
