Well.. here are my Tips.

1. Reduce the bright lines around the "Skillz" as it kinda makes it look seriously nooby.

And..

2. Make the NGU look like it's actually a Tattoo on his arm by making it overlay his arm.

Just rasterize the NGU text layer by right clicking on the NGU text layer and clicking "Rasterize Layer" then goto blending options and change it to "Overlay" and move it on his arm.
