Ok i dont know much about fallout 3 but i do know enough that that is the pipboy guy pretty sure and for an avatar as it looks like you should of kinda make it look like the background what the pipboy 3000 screen with the little static lines. But back to what you did the flares look kinda out place the fractural render look likes it just sitting try useing some c4ds. 5/10
