I'd say add more bubbles, but not a lot behind his back straight up.
Kind of like bursting bubbles you know? (IMO)

Thanks for the comments, im getting the hang of painting more and more xD
As to what raverboy said, im not sure that bubbles would be busting underwater :P

that is very nice, i find it hard to draw on the computer, never looks right but you made it look awesome, i think its easier if you drew it then uploaded it on a vector program?

I drew it, lined it, then painted it on PS CS5 using a wacom tablet

I'm really liking this, the only thing I can fault is the toes and the arms both look like they are in really awkward positions. I'm getting a Graphics tablet for christmas and you better be around to help me get used to it :3.
