The actual concept logo looks nice. I dont really like the flames though. I dont like the stroke either. Also, you messed up on some parts. (highlited in green)

You might wanna make the stroke look less rough, also, the clipping masked stock cuts off and the right. The black bit is the second hole in the 'B'.
