NextGenUpdate
Go to render settings then do as follows.
Output > width 1280 by 720 Height
Frame range > all frames
Save > format > Avi movie
Anti-Aliasing > Anti-aliasing > Best
filter > Animation
Max level 2x2
Done
then render.

There are 3 render buttons one on the first left click that to render second one is preview 3rd is render setting.
